SBM02 Sonic saw insert. Micro-saw insert with angled shank and blade arranged orthogonally to the axis of the handpiece. It is indicated for transverse osteotomies (e.g.: release osteotomies in the mandibular split-crest). It can perform osteotomies on the sagittal plane by directing the handpiece laterally of 90° on the same plane when you want to get a different and easier access to the area where the sagittal insert cannot work.
