Sonic saw insert. Micro-saw insert with angled shank SBM03 and blade arranged sagittally. It’s indicated for mesio-distal osteotomies for mandibular split-crest and osteotomy in all mouth positions. It can perform osteotomies on the orthogonal plane by directing the handpiece laterally of 90° on the same plane when you want to obtain a different and easier access to the area where the orthogonal insert cannot work.
