Risk of cross-contamination
TKD high-speed turbines and/or rapid couplings are equipped with an effective anti-retraction valve. This small device drastically reduces the risk of cross-contamination by avoiding fluid and aerosol backflow from the oral cavity into the instrument and water tubing inside the dental unit.
